Don’t trust anyone calling a housing bottom.
It’s just not true.
This number has great variations month-to-month, and small upswings do not a bottom make. Using my own limited knowledge and the calls of those who have been right before, we have at least a year, and more likely 18 months, before there is any bottom in housing prices.
