Tactical corsets?

If so, tactical gear that doesn’t, you know, protect your heart is useless, no matter how cool it looks.

It’s real, and the Spectra liner with modular chestpiece is in the works!
Most tactical gear isn’t armor, it is a carrier for operational equipment, because speed kills and the best defense is a good offense. A lot of operations are done sans armor and armor will be an optional component beneath and above the corset gear carrier.
